I highly recommend Nicole Odom for anyone needing a realtor to sell their home. I saved her name and contact information when she sold a house in our subdivision last year in a matter of days. I knew we would be putting our house up for sale this year and I felt she would already have insight into the market in our area.
Nicole responded to our call immediately and had a packet of information for us the next day. She gave us recommendations to make our house look it’s best which we followed as a checklist for selling our house. We had 3 offers in less than 48 hours and then we were under contract.
While under contract, Nicole helped us navigate through inspection findings and scheduling repairs which was a great help as we were out of state. Nicole assisted us negotiating through numerous amendments (I actually lost count) and was amazing communicating with us and the buyers’ agent.
In spite of all the bumps along our journey, Nicole was able to take us over the finish line and we closed on our house in less than a month. Nicole consistently was there for us -whatever our need. She explained things, offered options, kept us informed, supplied a list of professionals that we could use if needed, and was available to open the house to those needing access for repairs.
